RULES AND REGULATIONS

1.         ELIGIBILITY

            a.         AGE

only persons aged 18 years and above shall be eligible to become Independent Distributors.

            b.         RCI has the right to accept or reject any application

c.         Independent Distributors of Soyaplus are not agents, employees or representatives of the Organization and thus cannot speak for her in any capacity nor enter into any agreement whatsoever on her behalf

2.         REFERRAL BONUS PAYMENT

a.         Every Distributor shall be entitled to a referral bonus of N500.00 for every new Distributor that he or she introduces to the Club

b.         referral bonus payments are to be made as soon as the new Distributor registers and pays the N3,000.00 registration fee

3.         REPRESENTATIONS

            a.         Independent Distributors are to present the product as is

b.         Independent Distributors are not to make any claims with respect to the product or the earnings as these are already as addressed by the Organization

4.         LABELLING AND PACKAGING

            a.         the product is not to be re-packaged or re-labelled in any form

            b.         Independent Distributors are to distribute the products as already packaged

5.         PRICING

            Independent Distributors are allowed to fix their retailing prices taking cognizance of the prevailing economic climate in their areas of operation

           

6.         ADVERTISING/USE OF NAME

The acronym RCI is a registered trade mark for Reality Club International and cannot be used in any circumstances by Independent Distributors except with a written permission of the Organization

7.         CANCELLATION/RESIGNATION/TERMINATION/DEATH

a.         RCI reserves the right to cancel or terminate any Independent Distributor’s membership for any non-compliance, or breach of the Rules and Regulations or violation of the Code of Ethics

b.         an independent Distributor may choose to resign or terminate his or her membership by a written notice submitted to the Organization’s National Office

8.       WAIVER

a.         The failure of the Organization to exercise any rights stated in the Rules and Regulations or in the Membership Application Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of the Organization’s rights to demand exact compliance therewith.

b.         Any waiver by the Company can and shall only be effected in writing from the National Office

9.       CAVEAT (DISCLAIMER)

a.         RCI reserves the right to amend, delete, re-adjust, modify, supplement rescind any or all of the following Rules and Regulations and the Code of Ethics from time to time without any prior notice or clarification

b.         RCI shall not be subjected to offering reasons for any actions she deems fit to carry out to safeguard the interests of the Organization and that of her members

c.         The Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use of Reality Club International as advertised on the website (http://www.realityclubint.net) shall also apply where-ever and whenever necessary

d.         Soyaplus is NOT A DRUG and is not intended to replace a drug. Though certified and duly registered by NAFDAC, but the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, nursing a baby, taking medication, or have a medical condition, consult your physician before using this product.

CODE OF ETHICS

Independent Distributors are expected to observe the RCI Code of Ethics at all times.

Therefore at the time of joining the Club, a prospective Independent Distributor would have to pledge the following:

a.       I will uphold and follow the RCI Code of Ethics as may be listed from time to time

b.      I will follow the highest standards of honesty, integrity and responsibility in the RCI scheme

c.       I will present the RCI Product - Soyaplus accurately and honestly, clearly elucidating the effort required to achieve success in distributing it

d.      I will not make any negative or disparaging remarks about RCI or the product

e.       I will not use the RCI trade name, information, literature or logo to further other interests.

f.      I will accept and carry out the various responsibilities of an Independent Distributor as set out in official RCI publications

g.      I will be courteous and prompt in dealing with customers 

h.        I will do my utmost best to contribute to the growth of the Reality Club International
