4.                             you sign up new members under you and when you have reached the maximum of 5 direct downlines you help your downlines by assigning new members to them

5.                             you attend meetings and training seminars and also organize some in your catchment area

6.                             you build a solid team to ensure that your volume of monthly business is on the increase always

7.                             you always keep in touch with your team members, encouraging and supporting them
